Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@locallane.in or call at +91 9818654142 with your order details.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address.

Refunds

  • After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. The refund amount will exclude any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period:

  • 1. Check your bank account again.

  • 2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  • 3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
