Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@locallane.in or call at +91 9818654142 with your order details.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address.
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. The refund amount will exclude any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period:

2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
